Variable Message Sign

VMS induce view to pre-warn the road-user about the traffic condition, road blockage weather conditions or any types of message through placing the LED based board at certain section of highways where the safety precaution is much needed. The highway authorities can transfer any types of information (Predefined or Customized) from a single point to any of any of the VMS placed at different section of highways. VMS is a system that helps to display variable information. Along the road are strategically placed boards with Variable Messages displaying real time information to road users such as

• The speed limit, and traffic flow or congestions
• Diversions, road closures, or alternative routes
• Hazardous situations, work ahead, in-coming traffic situation
• The weather condition, the date, time, temperature
• Availability of public transport
